Solution
To improve the user experience and make use of data, suggestions have been put forward for partnerships and enhancements to the platform. Collaborations with industries could add insights into market trends and dynamics. The proposal includes using automation tools to simplify data collection, organization, and analysis processes, reducing work and enabling real-time monitoring. Incorporating advanced data-synthesis algorithms would enhance data interpretation. It is essential to include editing and correction tools as well as features like data importing for effective data management. Enhancing UI functionality is crucial by providing tooltips for elements, collapsible sections for easier navigation, and refining spacing and formatting for improved readability. Moreover, improving the visibility of editing icons and labels in data entry fields can enhance user interaction. A better workflow for follow-up questions is suggested by distinguishing between editing existing questions and asking follow-ups through an interface element. Introducing a feature that automatically generates citations from referenced sources would further boost the platform's usefulness.

Objective
The objective of this usability testing and interviews is to evaluate the
effectiveness, efficiency, and user satisfaction of the new conversational
research feature, with the aim of identifying usability issues and gathering
insights to improve user interaction, enhance information retrieval accuracy,
and ensure a seamless user experience.
Background
Spade AI provides B2B product, marketing, and sales teams an
powered search engine to easily find and analyze credible market
research data. In this project user testing and interview are conducted
to create as well as refine the conversational UX/UI copilot.
The Process
Task:
1) Allow the user to explore the page
2) Ask users what they think that they could possibly use this page for and what it is
intended to do
3) Have participants do a general walk through of the conversational UI to see
how they click through the application.
4) Have participants find a topic to see how they try to find new content to
focus on.
5) Have participants look through a content card to see what pieces of information
they get the most out of.
6) Have participants generate sample content from the start (finding topic) to see how they click through the process.
