Solution
To improve the user experience and create a more cleaner look to the website page imagery is added to the site, new spacing formates and arrangment of site is altered as well a new design elements.
Iterations of Design
Adding graphics, other color dynamics, updating relative information, and a bit of animation, helps create a more enticing informational website to get users excited to what is to come with The Community Grocer. these key factors are also being used to better display the information needed for users.
Animation
On the home page a dynamic slide show of photos are presented when you first enter the website.These pictures are to showcase what TCG does and what they are currently contributing to the West Philadelphia area, as well as the process of them opening up their first store. Along with that a carousel is shown later on showcasing the latest post on social media to present their marketing tactic to spred the work of TCG.
Presenting Information
Changing the layout of these pages and how information is being presented helps create a more enticing way of receiving information which can help reach more users.
Background
The Community Grocer operates as a non-profit, community-driven retailer with a focus on providing an extensive selection of meal kits, fresh ingredients, and essential items. To better display and relay information, a revamp is conducted to creat a more dynamic website.
Objective
The task was to update the look of the information site of the Community Grocer website to make it look clean and correspondence to their brand identify.
